The
ability to read is a powerful tool and essential to the future success
of today's youth. Over the years, EWI's Reading Rally events have
promoted literacy in countless communities across the nation. Reading
Rally events enrich the lives of each adult and child involved by
forging friendships and making a difference.
EWI chapters
plan and implement their own unique Reading Rally events that range
from community read-ins and book donations to major events involving
celebrities, story
characters and the creation of reading rooms. The goal of the Reading
Rallies is to bring the gift of reading to all children and to demonstrate
an excitement for reading through Chapter and community volunteers.
Please contact
us if you or your company is interested in sponsoring or participating
in a future Reading Rally.
