EWI of Huntsville hosts an annual Executive Women of Tomorrow Conference (EWTC), which offers young women in grades 8-12 the exciting opportunity to acquire the skills they will need for planning their college educations and careers. Currently there is no other program in the area that provides an opportunity like this for future women executives.

Attendees participate in informative seminars throughout the day on topics such as networking and interview skills, goal setting, scholarships and financial aid, resume writing, volunteering and ACT tips. They also have the opportunity to meet and interact with students from different schools from all over North Alabama.

Proceeds from this conference benefit the EWI of Huntsville Scholarship Program. Scholarships are awarded annually to deserving high school and college students to allow them to continue their educational pursuits.
